GENERAL

Discover Lingerie reserves the right to alter product prices without notice.
Our Products are subject to promotional periods; these specials are not transferable or available on products, which have been ordered prior to these specials being applied.
All products are subject to availability, product status is kept up-to-date however, in the event of a garment not being available to you within 2-3 weeks, you will be notified within 24 hours and may choose from;

• A back order deliver date
• Order transfer or

POSTAGE & HANDLING

All purchases are specially tendered, wrapped and delivered in discrete gift box packaging.
Products ordered through party plan showcase will be delivered direct to Hostess within 14 days
Direct delivery through showcase events can also be arranged

For outside orders-
Discover Lingerie products are delivered via Courier or Australian Registered Postal Service Allow 2-3 weeks from order to delivery. Delivery times can vary depending on your delivery address.
Outside orders incur a flat $14.95 postage and handling fee.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Discover Lingerie can offer an exchange if you discover the product ordered is an incorrect size provided:

• You return the product within 10 days
• The product has not been worn, damaged or altered in anyway and the
  garment labels are intact
• Returns must be correctly packaged and posted, at buyers expense

Discover Lingerie will act promptly in shipping a new product through, however if the required size in its particular style is not immediately availability this may take up to 14-days,

Or you will have the opportunity to choose another product to the same value.
 

There are no refunds or exchange on hosiery

All returns and replacements conditions are at the discretion of Discover Lingerie

REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

All Discover Lingerie products are of the highest quality and undergo vigorous quality testing and final checks prior to delivery.
However in the event you do find there are any faults with your products, contact Discover Lingerie as soon as possible, by e-mail or phone, to ensure a prompt replacement.
If the same product is not available for immediate exchange or you wish to change your order you may receive an exchange on any product from the range to the same value.

PRIVACY & DISCRETION

Discover Lingerie take your privacy and confidentiality very seriously.

All your personal details received throughout order and payment procedure will not be held under any circumstances.

Discover Lingerie will only contact you if necessary, regarding your purchase.
If you would like to be kept informed about Discover Lingerie products and promotions please complete the client registration form included on our website.
